Have you ever have little voices telling you, “hey! it would be good to be here helping out the patients 
” or ” It is my pleasure helping those who needs my help. ”
Yes, I had both the little voices in me telling me how lucky am I. People tend to just focus on what they have not had and not what they have had.
2nd of August, Me and my friend went to NASAM Ampang with the gymball that we’ve gotten for Mr. Liau Chim Chan and that is where we had those little voices telling us its our honor to be here to help. We were early that morning, we quietly stood somewhere in the corner looking at how the stroke patients doing their therapy with a few of the therapists’ help. The patients were all supporting each other during the therapy session by saying, “you can do it!”. Won’t you go “awwwwwwwww” when you hear or feel that supportive force? I know i did
When Mr. Liau arrived, we then introduced ourselves and I asked him if he wants us to pump the gymball on the spot or he wants to bring it home to pump, just in case his car couldn’t fit the pumped gymball. LOL! So yes, he wanted to try out the gymball on the spot and so we started pumping the gymball for him. It took us about 20 minutes or so to finish pumping as the pump wasn’t as easy to use as we thought it would be and at the mean time, we had short conversations to get to know him and all.
We pumped, pumped, pumped and pumped and the end result was satisfying

After this short trip to NASAM Ampang, I have the urge to visit the place again and be one of the volunteers helping out
