How does it felt when someone fulfills your wish? doesn’t it feel great? I’m sure most of us always end up getting what we wished for. But not everyone is as lucky as us. There are a lot of people out there who doesn’t have those opportunities. And when we saw the promise me pledges by TLC, we decided to fulfill those promises of those who are less fortunate compared to us.
Little Faiz wish was to learn how to play football. So I asked my friends if they were interested in coaching little Faiz and they agreed. So there we went early in the morning to Shah Alam and looking our way to Rumah Aman to meet Faiz.
This was the first time we met Faiz. He is only 7 years old . Faiz gives me the impression of a very quiet boy. We chat a little with him and told him that he could bring along 3 other friends to practice with him. All the children surrounded Faiz hoping that he would choose them. And finally Faiz picked his 3 and we used the field beside the home to practice. We bought them 3 footballs and started by doing some warm ups with the kids.
Then the kids are trained to pass the ball, kick the ball, and so on. The kids seems so energetic and full of life on the field. Although the guys couldn’t really manage to discipline them like a real coach, but they still had plenty of fun together with them. Before we end the session, the kids have a small little match between them and the Faiz’s team won the game.
