Wish
To furnish the live in facilities in their new building so that they can immediately recruit new intakes with learning disabilities and physical disability.

Reasons
The new building is still unfurnished due to insufficient funds. The centre is used to empower youths with learning disabilities through specialized skills training towards employment and independent living.
